BOPP plastic film, also known as biaxially oriented polypropylene film, is a type of film made from a melt of high molecular weight polypropylene through a narrow machine head. It is then stretched in two vertical directions (longitudinal and transverse) at a certain temperature and set speed in a dedicated stretching machine, and subjected to appropriate cooling or heat treatment or special processing (such as corona discharge, coating, etc.) to produce a thin film.

The company has successively introduced three multi-layer co extruded cast film production lines and one aluminum plated film production line, which were fully put into operation in December 2019, October 2020, and October 2023 respectively, and the production equipment has reached a leading level in China. We mainly produce and operate high-performance film materials such as CPP cast film, high viscosity special PE film, CPE cast film, etc. CPP cast film has the characteristics of low-temperature heat sealing, high heat sealing fastness, strong flexibility, and can adapt to a wide range of operating temperatures without brittleness; High viscosity special PE film products have the advantages of few processes, low cost, high efficiency, environmental protection, no exhaust emissions, no solvent residue in the product, safety, hygiene, etc; CPE cast film has excellent flatness, good transparency, high yield, and low unit energy consumption; Aluminum plated film has the characteristics of plastic film and metal, making it a cheap, beautiful, high-performance, and practical packaging material. The product is widely used as a film coating for various books, food packaging materials, and advertising products, which can greatly improve their surface smoothness, clarity, and color brightness.

At present, the company has more than 260 employees, including more than 20 technical backbones and more than 10 R&D personnel.
